I'm Em and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Certified Wellness Coach passionate about helping women reclaim balance, energy, and purpose in their everyday lives. My practice is rooted in a whole-person approach, focusing on mind, body, and spirit so you can feel aligned, empowered, and in control of your well-being. Through movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress recovery, I'm here to support you with curated guidance and evidence-based tools so your achieved wellness is sustainable far beyond our coaching partnership.

As a Mama of two, I know what it is to prioritize everyone else but yourself. I believe that everyone deserves wellness, no matter what stage of life you're in. From early career, to postpartum, to perimenopause, to postmenopause I'd love to connect and talk through your wellness goals.

I do this work because I wish I had access to an advocate who could help me navigate my wellness during some of the most difficult times of my life. Namely, becoming a mother (twice over), suffering from chronic migraines, and burn-out from a 10-year corporate sales and leadership career. I had a lot of guilt around prioritizing my health and wellness. Little did I know it would actually allow me to show up better for virtually everyone in my life - including myself.
