Wellness coaching is a collaborative partnership where we focus on your whole-person health. Mind, body, and lifestyle. Instead of quick fixes, I guide you through sustainable habits around movement + fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and stress recovery so you can feel balanced, energized, and confident in your daily life.
We will have a free 1:1 consultation call to discuss your goals, current wellness state, and available packages. There are 3 coaching packages to choose from. Please click the "Packages" section to review each in-depth. These are concierge-style coaching programs that include weekly or bi-weekly meetings (in-person or virtually) for 3 or 6 months. Between sessions, you'll have direct texting support plus access to curated, evidence-based wellness resources, trackers, and recipes. It's a high-touch experience designed to give you both structure and flexibility. Once the coaching program is coming to an end, we will put a post-program plan in place and ensure you feel confident to walk away with sustainable health and wellness independence.

Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check are accepted. There is a non-refundable $60 deposit to schedule your first session (that will be applied toward your first session). There is a 5% discount for paying upfront, otherwise the payment can be split into two transactions (payment due 1st session and 6th session).
